Dr. Morris Mitsunaga operated on my neck injury that was causing me to be paralyzed on June 17, 2015. After the surgery, with the help of therapy, I'm able to walk once again. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit.
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. My office visit was very pleasant. I was amazed at how wonderfully Dr. Mitsunaga treated each of his staff members. He is a great leader and really showed he cared about me. Dr. Mitsunaga is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution for my medical problem. He presented my treatment options very effectively, and in a language that I could understand.
