This is the worst place ive ever been in… i cant even stand sleep or eat in peace… extremely CREAKY AND BOUNCY FLOOR losing my mind
Megan has been really easy to work with. She communicates effectively throughout the entire process. Today is move in day and I’m so very excited. Presides has made this process so seamless!
I’ve been living here a while now and it’s definitely one of my favorite apartments I’ve ever had. Nick was the lease coordinator who took care of us, he was so incredible and helpful through the whole process. Since living here the few maintenance request we had were handled immediately. Deonte is honestly the most personable and reliable maintenance technician I’ve ever met and makes me feel like we’ll always be taken care of. Morris Manor is a great small apartment complex with a spacious floor plan.
I actually love this place its quiet no one bothers me people pretty much mind their Business here and they allow pets hugeeeeee bonus bc you can hardly find a place anymore that does maintenance has been extremely great Danielle who works in the office literally the most amazing person that works here in my opinion they are pretty affordable i love that i have my own balcony i loveeee that there is absolutely no carpet at all in the units and the gorgeous brick wall in the dining/living room is beautiful.
