Used this company to replace a leaking water heater in 2017. Was told at the time that he guaranteed his work and if there were any issues, to call and he would address the matter. Less than three years later, the water heater is leaking, the bottom of it is completely rusted and he has not returned my calls. I now have to pay to have another company to coordinate getting a new water heater to replace what he represented was a brand new. Very professional. Mr. Morris came out the same day as my call (within 2 hours) for a broken waterline from the street to my home. He arranged for the county to mark the property within hours and showed up with a crew to replace the water line. Everything was completed within a single day at a very reasonable rate. He and his crew also attended to smaller details such as cleaning up after themselves and showing concern for the yard.
