Just a few weeks after Morris Jenkins helped us when our AC suddenly went out, our water heater also went out. This time however, we were less panicked as we knew all we needed to do was make one call to MJ and we'd be in good hands. Yet again, MJ's timeliness and professionalism got us back on track. Had a seasonal AC checkup today. The tech, Grant, was extremely polite and courteous. Service took a little longer than usual because he was training another tech. Both were very professional. Thank you Morris Jenkins! Y’all do a great job!!
Recently, I needed home plumbing services. I contacted Morris-Jenkins (MJ) and although it was a night time call Mr. Mark Thorton came to assist me. I found Mr. Thorton very helpful and knowledgeable. He cleared my immediate plumbing needs. Additionally, Mr. Thorton arranged a meeting the next day between myself and another MJ employee, Mr. Matt Langford a plumbing specialist. Chris was Wonderful Saturday morning. He found an issue we had with our AC condensation pipe. He came back Monday to run it through the washing machine box so water will no longer drain on the side of our home. He makes me feel confident that the issue has been resolved in the best way possible . Thank you Chris! Your Awesome! We Love Morris Jenkins.
