Collin was great! On time and very efficient.
Called for my clean and wash. Original tech got held up so I got a call from Jeremy that he was on his way. While here, I signed up for the $19.99/month plan that includes 2 annual cleanings as well as plumbing and a lot of other discounts. Anyway, Jeremy was about the most thorough and meticulous technician that I have ever seen. Details, details, details!!! Caleb and Justin were amazing and exactly knew the problems. They both started working very late in the evening and stayed past midnight to work with the city to resolve the part of the problem. Their team arrived early in the morning to work on July long weekend to fix the other issue we had with broken pipes. We had the whole problem solved in little over 12 hours after we reported the issue. We had house full of guests for long weekend and they saved day !!
Cam was great! Very informative about what he was doing! He was also very nice and polite. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of work done!
