Great customer service by **** the technician who came out and cleared the kitchen sink drain at my house. He was very professional and informative he made sure the problem was resolved. And told me what I could do to keep my plumbing intact. He was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Morris Jenkins for services like heating a/c and plumbing.

He ensured my understanding of the recommendations and took time to draw a diagram to illustrate as he explained the maintenance recommendations. He was patient as he addressed my questions.

From the minute I called till the job is done, completely professional. By the way same I called they where there coming home to find your toilets still dont work at 4pm is more than frustrating. 03/08/25: Yearly Check Up Results I just wanted to start out by saying we did not expect our Saturday to end up the way it did after a normal checkup on our AC unit. We ended the day with some extensive repairs and have to replace the coil unit upstairs due to a leak.
