Sincerely upset leaving the office today, I called about a month ago asking if they could remove my expired birth control. Lady over the phone who made my appointment said they could remove my birth control, but listed the incorrect birth control for my appointment. Went in today for my appointment just to have every other thing done to me like a lab rat, but the one thing I wanted done today could not be completed. I am devastated. Dr Aramburo is an amazing doctor and all in all a very nice person. She delivered my daughter and provided me with care during and after my pregnancy and has always been very supportive and caring
had my first and last appointment here with a dismissive and close-minded Nurse Practitioner. for starters, she was constantly gaslighting me with the physical symptoms i was displaying and blaming it on weight gain. when i began to advocate for myself, she then was in a rush to get me out of the appointment/office.
