Bad experience overall
Christmas Eve Office was empty when I arrived . Went back and waited for a hour for a nurse to show up, never saw a doctor At all they tried to push anything Covid on me they could then told me they could not help me because I would not let them tell me I had covid. Then left me sitting again for half hour or better before they charged me for sitting in a chair and telling me to go home. These people here are not professionals they are scam artist. This place is always empty. I live close by and barely ever are there any cars in the parking lot. So then, why is there always such a long wait time to be seen? Well, it is all due to the bad attitude the staff has here. That is why. I had to come here twice now and twice have encountered a nurse practitioner by the last name Lopez whom becomes easily frustrated with her patients. Went to get a cough checked out, they asked if I wanted covid test i agreed and then they listened to my lungs and came back and Didnt say anything about the medication other than its for cough, said more about the covid test about how it’s negative. Didnt tell me what i have and didnt tell me what i can do to help it. They just seemed more concerned about if i had covid than to actually help.
I have been waiting for 2 hours to go back to see a doctor. Went back got testing done that they said would be done in 15 min. I now have been here for 3 hours still waiting to talk to a doctor. They only have 1 doctor here. They need to have more people here to help the community.
