Fuming with this clinic (137th street)! Open only 3 days a week, have to wait for them to answer phone calls, wait for appointments to be given, over 3 months wait, doesn't fill prescription in a timely manner, and they promote themselves as a caring place!!
i have been going to the dentist here for about 10 yrs or more. My recent visit my dentist Dr. Dai was not there, so i was assisted by a DA and another Dentist Dr. Reyes. I never in the years that i have been coming her have experienced such baddddd quality to service. It got to the point where they both asked me why i am asking questions..As a patient i am entitled to a right to be heard especially when you want to withheld a procedure on me.
