Whoever just answered the phone for Morris Habitat has an ugly attitude and ugly communication skills. There are people in need who will go without because you have people like that answering the phone.

Ridiculous Donations Process: I cleaned, checked photographed and emailed accurate descriptions of all the items I intended to donate and these were checked with the staff and approved. After filling my van with the approved items I drove to Habitat only to have an elderly person interrogate me on every nail gun, saw and box of fasteners. I'm sure this person had no idea what any of the items were, but she seemed to enjoy arguing with people. Found an excellent recliner at an excellent price! The staff were very pleasant!
