I wasn't stiff at all when I left, in fact I felt great! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have Dr. Martinez's input on. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
