Morris Estates apts is a very nice , quiet & clean community . My aunt moved n two years ago. I took her to her interview and viewed the apt and property . My experience was excellent visit my aunt loved it and loved the staff as well. Mrs. Ericka is a great property manager my aunt brags about her all the time . She a very nice & professional Property manager. We have no complaints cause every time we call she gets the job done. Thank you Sunshine & Morris Estate Apt for having a safe clean community.

Morris Estates Apartments is a great community. The property is well kept and the apartments are average and in need of some updated but are well kept. We were recently looking for an apartment for one of our Senior members and the office staff was very helpful. The young lady gave us the tour was very kind and knowledgeable. Due to the rent being kind of high for a senior being on a fixed income we weren't able to get the apartment, however, the Property Manager assisted us with resources for Senior Housing and Assisted Liv... read more
