This was the first place I moved into when moving to Morristown & it was a clean unit with close access to highways, restaurants, bars etc.
Stay FAR away from this place. Owners have friends in units who will report anything they don’t like. (Even things legally allowed). This place wants older people, if you’re young don’t consider.
The location is amazing. It’s in walking distance of both downtown and the train station. The building is well maintained, and maintenance/management are extremely responsive and friendly. I have zero complaints
I have been a resident here at 34 Elm St. Morristown for over 20 years. I have always experienced a high service and response to the few minor calls I've made of the years. The building location is well positioned in town for access to any services you may like and the grounds and buildings are meticulously maintained! The superintendent is always responsive and you will not be disappointed in your tenancy here.
Very dishonest, fraud company. Stay away from them
