Bought a new unit with the agreement that they would service my old unit to move to smaller shop once unit was bought it was excuse after excuse an never showed up to service it was told that it would be 1700 to hook new one up then to find out they have to give me a estimate which was 3000 called to ask a couple ? Won’t show up to service calls. Unit keeps going down and they won’t show to fix it. The times they do show up they will spend more time in their van then they do working on the heater. Has happened multiple occasions
Overpriced maintenance, different excuse each time they come out, they come - fix it - we pay - next day its down again. They point their finger at us saying we shut off air, our nozzle is clogged up, oil is dirty (different excuse every time - it's how they run their business!). It's happened 5-6 times this season already and my employees have to work in a harsh and cold environment because of this unreliable company. DO NOT BUY CLEAN BURN
We have multiple repair shops that use Morris' Clean Burn, and we've invested thousands of dollars in repairs, yet the heater breaks down daily. We just had one serviced and repaired, spending over $800 to get it fixed. A couple of hours later, the burner was down again. They came out again to fix it, and it broke down an hour later. our company has been waiting for them to service and repair our waste oil heater for months have called multiple times and can not get a date or time and still have not heard anything do not recommend if I could give 0 stars I would
