My elderly mother had to go to see the dentist. She’s wheelchair bound. Initially Dr Dick came to see her at the nursing home to see what the issue was. When we went to the office today everyone was very accommodating and super nice to her to make her feel more comfortable. Thanks Dr Dick. Amazing !!!!!
At the risk of sounding redundant - Dr Dyck is the best dentist I have ever had. His staff is amazing. Very welcoming and professional. Great environment. Appreciate this office so much! Thanks for everything! ❤️
I went in to have a tooth extraction. I am terrified of the dentist, but this was the best experience I have ever had. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Dr. Dyck was extremely patient and took his time explaining things, he was not annoyed at my hesitation and fear. The extraction happened so fast and painless it was very surprising to me. I will for sure be going back to him.
Went in for a checkup followed by a root canal. Both visits were amazing experiences, the receptionists are super kind & all staff are very informative. The dentist did a great job of explaining things to me & I felt confident in my understanding of the issues & the procedure.
They say they care about spending time wisely, they only care about their own time and don't give a hoot about other people's time and the time lost when having to take multiple days off work just to get a filling done.
