Dr. Morris is absolutely wonderful!! His staff was polite and helpful. Dr. Morris really took his time explaining! I asked wayyyy too many questions but he was very kind and patient with me!! I would recommend him to anyone!!
Pros: They got me in on time, and I felt the doctor did a thorough exam. They are nice. Cons: I’m so disappointed and sad due to missing many events. Clearly, I can’t see without my glasses and needed them within a week. I went on November 1, 2018. It’s been almost 3 weeks and still no glasses. I’ve called multiple times and every excuse has been given. Just not there yet, and one of my lenses didn’t pass inspection, and they are coming from Iowa. I want them NOW- I’m tired of waiting. Use the Sapulpa office! I've used Higgs and Morris before as has my family. The Sapulpa office is GREAT. Great staff, great selection, etc... This is my first visit to the Sand Springs office due to needing a Saturday appointment. The service I received was definitely not the same I have experienced in the past at the Sapulpa office. I'm still a fan of Doctors Higgs & Morris, just not a fan of the staff at the Sand Springs office. I'll be going back to Sapulpa in the future!
