I have lived in the Tahlequah area for forty years and have had the opportunity to use Morris-Crager many times. The arrangements they make are beautiful, their delivery is quick and their customer service is outstanding. I have yet to walk into their store without leaving with something I didn't know I needed! They have a very nice assortment of gifts, many for those hard-to-buy for recipients. I highly recommend Morris Crager Florists.
I've been using this florist for many years. I called from Florida, to order a bouquet for a life long friend's birthday. They cancelled the order, due to the weather, but DIDN'T CALL ME to advise of the cancellation! I understand the weather issue, but I was told that the flowers WOULD BE DELIVERED AS SOON AS THE WEATHER CLEARED! What kind of business has this become?! What kind of business closes at 3 p.m.?! I'm a floral designer in Massachusetts and I called and ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend to pick up, they truly went above and beyond to make something beautiful for my partner's late father's birthday, absolutely stunning
Ordered a casket spray for my mothers funeral and they were never delivered. Never received any a calls regarding any issues. They will not even answer their phones! This is a pathetic business that I can not believe has been around this long with practices like this. I will be sure my family and I never use this business again.
We needed some beautiful flowers in a hurry, so happy we stopped by here! What a great shop, beautiful flowers, great price!
