FC Motown is proud to have Central Park in Morris Plains as it's home field. After playing in every nook and cranny of this state we can attest that this is the best all around soccer facility. The quality of the turf, pro caliber lighting, expansive size of field and back office scheduling is second to none. Our club started as a co-ed team playing at Central Park and have now qualified for the greatest soccer tournament in this country (Lamar Hunt Open Cup). I'm very disappointed how this park commission chooses to be selective, my niece was told she needed a permit, she paid to take pictures in the park and someone else without a permit took over her spot. She contacted Carolyn at the commission and low and behold it was a useless attempt. This was to be a memorable event in her life. I believe your rules and regulations need to be enforced properly. If you need permits I believe there should be employees on site to avoid these situations. Poor service deserves a bad rating. Un... read more
