Had been a patient for years and regularly saw him once a month. Many visits I would have to wait anywhere between 15-35/40 minutes after my appointment time before being seen. The longest wait was one hour and 20 minutes....with no apology! My last appointment I thought it was at 4:30 and showed up at 4:27 pm. Saw doctor Morris at desk and quickly walk down hallway as I approached the sign in desk. Secretary stated that I was 15 minutes late and would need to reschedule.
