Really bad experience. Dealing with use car salesman (Mark). Call to buy a 2021 Escalade at 9:05 am, confirm yo purchase the vehicle,told me he would run the numbers and get back with me and never heard back again..Call numerous of times and was on the phone once when he was told I was on the other end waiting on him to get back with me. Excellent experience and easy. Bill Marsh went out of his way and worked with the finance manager who was also very nice to get me extra rebates, and it made it the exact price i was looking for, even with some of the protection items thrown in. So that was very much appreciated. Contact Bill and tell him George sent you. I've used dealerships on both sides of these guys and they are the best.
Bought a gmc Yukon Denali out of state. Everything was suppose to be good except minor little dent .as I received delivered Suv... strut was busted..I specifically said do a certified inspection to Jeremy and called to tell them once I received suv....they supposed to got back to me and never did...im going threw all angles to see to get my 1100 bucks back from Morris Cadillac
Edit to my original post*** I worked with Ed Schurdell and he was great! Very professional and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the dealer as a whole or their GM. I purchased a preowned CT6-V from here. Process was easy, and when I purchased it, it had a clean carfax report. However when I tried selling the car recently, the carfax was updated shortly after my purchase to reflect there was an accident within the cars first month.
