I purchased a Cadillac Certified Escalade from this GMC/Cadillac dealership expecting transparency and a higher standard of quality. At no point during the sale was I informed that the vehicle had previously been smoked in. The online listing did not disclose it either. Really bad experience. Dealing with use car salesman (Mark). Call to buy a 2021 Escalade at 9:05 am, confirm yo purchase the vehicle,told me he would run the numbers and get back with me and never heard back again..Call numerous of times and was on the phone once when he was told I was on the other end waiting on him to get back with me.
