Bought a gmc Yukon Denali out of state. Everything was suppose to be good except minor little dent .as I received delivered Suv... strut was busted..I specifically said do a certified inspection to Jeremy and called to tell them once I received suv....they supposed to got back to me and never did...im going threw all angles to see to get my 1100 bucks back from Morris Cadillac
Edit to my original post*** I worked with Ed Schurdell and he was great! Very professional and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the dealer as a whole or their GM. I purchased a preowned CT6-V from here. Process was easy, and when I purchased it, it had a clean carfax report. I called yesterday spoke with a salesman named Sam. I asked about a car and he said it is available so I told him I want it and will trade in my truck with 13k negative equity so can you please run some numbers for me ? He proceeded to tell me oh no that is to much and your payment will be blah blah and said he didnt want to run numbers for me.
