The staff was very polite and professional. They accommodated and answered all my questions without hesitation or making me feel rushed. They are my go-to for all of my Cadillac needs.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! The customer service at Morris Cadillac was absolutely terrible. Camden, the salesperson, lied about a car feature just to make the sale, and I later discovered that my car did not have that feature. He rushed me out of the dealership without giving me a receipt and was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude throughout the process. Bill Mash was my salesman he did a great job got me a great deal on a 2025 and made the process easy peasy would highly recommend him. would not recommend the service department here they delivered me a new 2025 Cadalic rushed did not set anything up correctly for my delivery first 30 days I get non stop transmission. And engine codes two trips to morris no loaner nothing just “sorry we can't figure it out we drove your car every” took it to another dealer learned they just cleared the codes the other dealer fixed the issue ... read more
