I am extremely frustrated with how this dealership handled my vehicle order. I placed a deposit in good faith for a CT4V Blackwing that I was told by Ken Cole could be ordered. Only after four months had passed did I find out that the dealership never actually had an allocation for the vehicle in the first place. Proceed with caution. My experience here was a series of misrepresented promises. I was assured the dent in the car would be repaired prior to pickup, but it was never touched. I was also promised a full detail, yet the car was poorly cleaned and the trunk was completely ignored. Most concerningly, I gave explicit instructions to only run my credit once, yet they performed six separate inquiries, which is a major hit to a buyer's credit score.
