When the workers finally came they were friendly and did a nice job. The office however, is another story. We paid a good chunk at contract signing in July and were told they would start in early August. I had to contact THEM to see when they were coming. They finally started in mid-September. They had our initial payment for about 6 weeks. We had to make an additional payment at start of work. We also needed additional work done as there was rot under the siding. Morris Builders did a wonderful job on our Master Bathroom remodel. The planning process was long and detailed, but covered all bases and avoided having any surprises or change order later. The materials and workmanship are all the highest quality. Timeline was met exactly. Bart, our Lead Contractor, was the best communicator and project manager I’ve seen. The cost was definitely on the higher side, but everything seems worth it in the end.
Morris Builders did an excellent job remodeling our walk out basement in time for us to host a wedding. Our experience during this project with the Morris family and employees was extremely positive and professional. The work they did was excellent quality. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend working with Morris Builders.
