Lazy, careless, incompetent. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Alex was managing our property and is a post-box manager. Never investigated the issues properly and took the lazy option. Escalated our concerns to Kate (daughter of business owner) who ignored us for weeks. When she finally did respond, she didn't take our concerns seriously (i.e. them poorly managing our property with challenging tenants). As a service provider, Morris Bros staff have been excellent to deal with. Professional, great communication and they have always acted fast to get approval when any additional work was needed with no issues receiving timely payment for work done. I am confident that these skills also benefit their rental and sales clients.
