I have to say that I am very dissatisfied with your customer service. I scheduled a service for today, between 12pm and 4pm. At 4pm I called your office to ask why no one came and they told me that the guy will be there in an hour. I lost 4 hours of work and stayed home for this, and I need to pick up my kids from daycare, and so I cannot wait another hour until 5pm. I called the customer service and the ladies were unpleasant. so far this season i had 2 major issue with my system- They came and repaired it quickly for a reasonable price.
Our sprinkler system was installed a number of years ago and we have always been very satisfied with the service we have received starting with the staff in the office to the servicemen coming to our home. I also want to commend a servicemen named "Carlos". He took the extra time to figure out a water pressure problem that we were having while spending a few extra minutes walking me thru the system explaining other aspects that we weren't aware of.
