If there is an option to rate a negative star, I would rate them a negative 5. Morris installed a brand new ac system with heat pump in January of 2024. After the installation, I tested the heating function of the system and it performed as it should and I was very pleased with their workmanship. What I should have tested was the ac function at that time. I didn’t test it since it was January and in the middle of winter.
