I was meant to have an appointment today and rang the practice to tell them I was running 10mins late. I was told that there was no point in coming in as I was running late and that 10mins would mean that I wouldn't have enough time to see the dentist. Wasted my time and money at this dental clinic due to their poor communication. Booked in for check up + front tooth chip fixed. Dentist confirmed this again as I entered for appointment... completed x-rays and check up - told me my teeth are clean, so no point doing a dental clean although quoted me a 3k+ list of additional dental work I require, told me there is no time remaining to fix chip and told me to book in another appointment/s.
