I’ve purchased four vehicles from this place. I complained about the transmission on my 2018 f150 while it was under warranty and the tech said he could not feel the problem. Which was weird because it did it all the time! I asked if they were just going to wait for the warranty to expire before they admitted there was a problem and he said “we wouldn’t do that to you”.
