Overall, it was a great experience. They worked with me throughout the purchase process and were very patient, understanding, and able to provide me with the information I needed about my new Ford Ranger. The communication process could have been improved, but we’re still very satisfied overall. As for getting a response to my questions or financing, the salesperson Jenny was very helpful. Great job, Jenny!
