Service department is awful and rude! We had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 was was there for 2 1/2 hours with our 2 year old! Staff needs better customer service and communication ! Not sure why we had an appt and still had to wait that long. We did get it for free and we thank them for that but it shouldn’t take that long.
