Worst car buying experience ever!! Go to lupients. We found a car we wanted to buy, set up our own financing were told the car was ours. 4 hrs later we were told some fictional person was there with a handful of cash and we needed a two thousand dollar deposit. Two hours later they called back and said the cash deal fell through, we can get the car the following day. NO Thanx. Seems to me, they only hire special ed. trainees. Again, don't waste your time, go to lupient.

I went in to turn in my leased car and lease a new one. Did the regular thing of picking the new car to lease and go inside to work out the price and all that. I was given a price per month and told that they rolled in the over millage charge from the previous car into the new lease. Several months later I get a bill form Nissan that I need to pay the over mileage fee. I call Nissan and tell them that the dealer said they rolled it into my new lease. Great service from Matt (Subaru) in sales he kept me updated all the time on the status of my car he even stayed late when the dealership closed to make sure I drove my car off the lot with my new car. master level service
Checked the website this morning, found a used vehicle I was interested in. Clicked on the Test Drive tab and was quickly connected with Brian Mack via email. He repeated the vehicle I was interested in and we set up a time for me to stop in. When I got there, Brian had left for the day. The salesman I was handed off to took about 15 minutes to finally come back and tell me the vehicle I was looking for was no longer in their possession. A truly great experience here from beginning to end. Andrew Hemmelgarn was the best car salesperson I've ever worked with, hands down. Manager Tina was wonderful as was Ryan Mills, Accessories Manager. Signing all the papers with Michael was enjoyable, too. They really stand by their Buy Happy promise.
