The Service Department is always very friendly, attentive to my car needs and efficient. The advisors listen to my concerns and are educated/equipped to handle problem resolution. The Service Department’s attention to detail impresses me. Since my car purchase in November 2015 the customer service and quality of service has improved exponentially. I would recommend any advisor; however, Chris is my favorite.
Working in the office was the most horrible experience of my life. The office manager took pleasure in humiliating her staff. Sad because most every other department was awesome. One of the core values they promote is humility and integrity. None of that was displayed to me in that office.
Brooklyn Park Nissan, was prompt and good customer service... the wait time was not too long.

Taylor, Jerry and Mark were very helpful. I bought a 2014 Ford Focus at an excellent price. They made it very easy and did an excellent job answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan!!
