Arrived at my scheduled time, uncertain if their online system actually had me scheduled because my name wasn’t listed (I had received a confirmation). Oil change took a fairly long time - about 2 hours - because they didn’t have the Mazda oil filter-which makes me think the system didn’t schedule me properly for them to know in advance. I went in for an oil change and recall inspection and they found other brake issues (grinding noise). They were able to take care of everything for a reasonable price. Chris and his team are friendly and very nice to work with. Even my shuttle driver was pretty cool! 👍🏽👍🏽
