Great sales team and finance team easy to work with.
Terrible service. They sabotage your vehicle and then demand your return with no refund Owner- what you fail to understand is the basic fact that you did NOT provide what was promised. Instead, you give a blanket cover. I still want my 300 dollar in tow service reimbursement like I was promised but you never gave. I couldn't care less, but if you actually want to stand on your word... I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this crap shoot. Just take advantage of anyone and everything, that shows. Professionalism is lacking. I was due a refund for a GAP policy and it took a lot of chasing and demanding on my part to get done. I called so many times they asked me to remove my bad review. - I didn't have one at that time... Now, I'm due a refund on prepaid services since I elected to no longer give them my business. They were unwilling to assist me in a 3 minute battery check and tried to charge me a diagnostic fee $180 to have it done. I was recently shopping for a used car and came across some pretty good prices advertised by Morrie's Auto Group. They were surprisingly competitive with what I was seeing on Carfax, Auto trader MN, etc. I stopped in and met with Barry Larson one of their salesmen or as his card says product specialist and he is the real deal. You listen to what my needs were and price range were and had set up some nice vehicles to see.
