Great people, always take great care of customers.
My main complaint has to do with their finance manager, who chose to take and give me a high interest rate when other financial institutions offered much less because of my high credit score. Watch your pockets when dealing with these people. The service from their service department was great.
Service department was condescending and rude, I will never be returning.
We had a great experience at Morrie’s Ford Okemos with our salesman Abel. Abel was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We didn’t feel rushed into a decision and are very happy with our purchase. We highly recommend working with Abel at Morrie’s Ford Okemos.
