Morrell built our new home for us. They worked with us to customize the floor plan and were very accommodating and easy to work with throughout.

We had a townhouse built by Morrell in 2022-2023. We were told our expected closing would be in July 2023, but we actually were able to close in June, 3 weeks early! The quality of the construction is very good and Morrell’s follow up on “punch list” items has been timely. We are very happy here!
We are so looking forward to moving into Highline Park, our salesman Eric has been so wonderful to work with. The design process has been smooth and very easy to navigate. We feel like the timeline has been well thought out and explained throughout the process. Highly recommend Eric and the Morrell Builders team!!! 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
