They were very rude to my family when my grandma fell. They did not use the neck brace or back brace even though she was complaining of neck pain and back pain, they lifted her up by her arms and legs while she was screaming in pain. They pushed my mom out of the way so they could listen to her lungs. The fire truck was 2 minutes out and the ambulance didnt wait for them to pick her up. I am sure they hurt her from picking her up. I will NOT use them again.
Being on Joshua Tree National Park Search and Rescue, I work with these guys on a regular basis. They are the most professional, and willing to get in "there" and do the job.
Best EMS provider I have ever had pleasure and honor to work with. MBA is the benchmark for others to follow.
