I have bought a few Harley's from Moroney's over the years. Always excellent service from anyone you deal with.
Absolutely the worst Harley Davidson dealership I've ever been to. The employees are rude and dismissive, and worst of all arrogant! I'm new to Harley, having purchased my sporty last summer used. I live in New Windsor so they are the closest Harley dealer by far, so I decided to order some parts from them. I ordered a bunch of parts totalling $500+ some of them had to be ordered and brought in, which is no big deal. My Street Glide wouldn't start the other day when I was at Orange County Choppers, so I called HOG Roadside Assistance and had the bike towed to Moroney's. I want to thank the dealership staff there for their responsiveness. I'm not a customer because I live in Connecticut, but they treated me as if I was a regular. I'm very pleased with how I was treated. Great job!
First time there......just to kick tires....met Steve.....great guy.....great help.....my favorite place for future business !!!!
Just got an 08 street bob and Steve and Paul were awesome they have a great team of people and a great selection of bikes.
