I have been living here for a year and I’m deeply disappointed about how they have treated me, let just start by saying when I first moved into this apartment the agreement was that my apartment would be renovated which it had not been, I have told management that there is mold growing under my sink both of them and maintenance painted over it . Overpriced, small and no in unit washers and dryers. For what you pay to live here, those things really matter. Also, the office and on site maintenance can be a bit overbearing and rediculous about small things.
Management deserves 0 stars thanks to Danielle. 12 months of renting, never paid late (not even a day), followed the rules, what do I get in return? 1. My clothes getting stolen from the dryer. When reached out to management regarding their cameras, they told me they didn’t have time to review the footage. Great. 2. Several people walking around with their dogs off-leash, zero recall.
