Overpriced, small and no in unit washers and dryers. For what you pay to live here, those things really matter. Also, the office and on site maintenance can be a bit overbearing and rediculous about small things.
Management deserves 0 stars thanks to Danielle. 12 months of renting, never paid late (not even a day), followed the rules, what do I get in return? 1. My clothes getting stolen from the dryer. This place is great! I'm 34 and have lived in more than a few places in my time. Firstly I'd like to appreciate the friendly staff, starting with Aubryona Clark. You can tell immediately upon greeting that she has a heart of gold! Covered all the bases on the tour and has been very communicative and positive with moving in, and helped me get out of my last place a whole week faster than expected, thanks! We just toured a 2 bedroom with aubryona Clark and she was so sweet and amazing me and my fiance can’t wait to move in the apartment looked very clean.
