Always very helpful and they don't make you buy pool chemicals that aren't necessary.
Colin is the best tech they have got !! Simon ignored my calls and messages . Last 3 visits : tech didn’t empty skimmer basket , intake suction not priming , and not running property , techs never picked up there was a blockage . Instead dump worthless chemicals into pool ( apparently ) , make notes system is running fine . When you run a business and compromise the services because of money and turn around time with jobs onsite , you will go backwards !!! Not happy Jan
