They "booked" me in for an appointment that I never confirmed - and my email clearly states all I was looking for was an earlier appointment than they could give me on the phone. They requested I filled the intake paperwork and emailed my request for an earlier appointment (and which included the requirement for a credit card number on the spot, as they claimed they couldn't take payment in person) - I was told this was the best way for the Doctor to get me an earlier appointment.
