I’ve been seeing Matthew Ott at Mornington Peninsula Family Physiotherapy during my recovery from shoulder surgery, and he has been fantastic throughout the process. Matt’s knowledge of human anatomy is incredible, and he has a great understanding of how different parts of the body affect one another. Thanks to his guidance and treatment, I’ve seen significant improvements in my shoulder mobility and strength, as well as through my neck, jaw, elbow, and wrist. I highly recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy support.
Group Pilates classes with Issy are excellent. Personalised to individual needs and adapted each session.
Best Physio team on the peninsula. I have been regularly attending physio led Pilates classes here over many years for various ailments including shoulder, hip and glute issues. Each and every Physio leads the small group (2-5max, normally 3-4) to achieve amazing individualised workouts whilst creating a fun, warm atmosphere. The receptionists are so very kind, fun and welcoming which helps to relax patients at their time of need and support. 10/10
