I arrived at 2:15 for a 2:15 appointment, I was seen by a lady to take my eye test before seeing one of the drs, I was then moved to a waiting room for an hour and 35minutes, I was then moved to another room where the rude lady said “oh they haven’t even done scans yet” who left then and left me in the room for another 10 minutes. I was then seen by the dr who didn’t apologise for the wait, looked at my eye issue and prescribed eye drops “that could make things worse but we will see”.
