Warm & welcoming atmosphere. Sherin explained each step clearly and knowledgeably which made it all much easier. The results were quickly sent to my ENT so that I was able to have an appointment immediately after.
At some time in your life, you may find that your hearing isn’t as it used to be. You can choose to take affirmative action or pretend it isn't really happening. If you take affirmative action, as I have done, it is crucial to find an audiologist who is both very competent and who you can feel at ease with, as part of dealing with hearing loss is being comfortable enough to share your experiences.
