Visited here yesterday, from the Receptionist to the Audiologist , I had nothing but happy and professional treatment in checking my hearing. Would highly recommend this business.
Andy looked after me, and from the very first appointment I was impressed with his customer service, knowledge, and care. The whole process, from the initial consultation to having the aids fitted, was seamless. There was never any pressure to purchase aids, and I was extremely grateful for their flexibility in fitting in appointments for me. Highly recommended.
Very thorough teasing, lots of time spent discussing and explaining options
Reception staff very helpful. Julie who conducted a number of hearing tests was very good at explaining each stage then taking me through the results at the end of consultation / testing process.
