My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with James (Jimmy) Harvey. Jimmy sold us a new car and was professional from start to finish. Today I took my mother out to buy a new car and was greeted by Bob Miller who was lovely to deal with until it came to negotiations, after he informed us that this deal needed to be done by the end of the month ( that being today) I said to mum please don’t feel you need to make a decision right now I don’t like that sales tactic of pushing someone into making a decision on the spot.
