We had an absolutely horrendous experience at Kia Mornington. We purchased a Kia Sportage in September 2025 with the assistance of Stephen, which we later found to have a known fault with the bluetooth connectivity system. Between September and December Mornington Kia failed to provide a solution to the problem, despite the heavily advertised 7 year warranty. We requested a refund or replacement vehicle multiple times, which was finally agreed to in December. We thought the saga was all over at that point, but the refund too... read more
