Purchased a used car here which was a good experience. Taking it back to their service department for a small warranty job (internal overhead light not working) was another story. Misdiagnosis of the issue, extremely poor customer service (repeated failures to make promised return phone calls) & lack of knowledge about a vehicle they claim to be experts on (2017 Holden Commodore) resulted in us having to make multiple visits & leave the car with them for 4 working days on the last occasion. We won't be going back.
