The team at Mornington Ford has been amazing...Christopher and all the team there were proffessional and attentive to all our questions and requirements...we hogjly recommend them for a fabulous experience and wonderful outcome so far....thank you all....
Ford are incredibly attentive with their servicing, great communication on all steps of the process including photos of extra work done/required. They are very busy so you do need to book well in advance. I had to wait nearly 6 weeks for a service booking.
Walked in wanting to talk to the sales team about whats on offer in ford rangers. But no one was in the sales area was around, with the only person on the phone being busy Pretty poor and shows they don't want to sell cars...
Great staff, was an easy process whilst buying my car and planning my services.
Terrible customer services. My son has a car that he purchased new from them and has nothing but issues. They won’t fix it or replace it and they are the rudest people I’ve ever known. Ford mornington you should be ashamed of yourselves. He is a hard working young man who has done nothing but the right thing and you have totally ripped him off. Shame on you. Do not buy a car from this dealer.
