We highly recommend Frank and Jann's professionalism as far as wedding transportation goes in any of their vehicles. We were privileged to be driven from our wedding reception in Oakleigh to the city for our wedding night last year and found the drive smooth, friendly and very charismatic along the way. We also have a limo business ourselves, but used their service on our special day, and were very pleased with how they chauffeured us to our destination in such a professional manner.
My experience with the company was sadly witnessing an employee driver recklessly tailgating one vehicle and cutting off another in traffic near the corner of Hasting Rd and Frankston-Flinders Rd today (5:40pm 17/3). I hope the minibus was not carrying passengers as the driver would have exposed them to unnecessary risks. Looking back at previous reviews, this is not the first nor second occurrence of this kind of behaviour. I would like to support local business wherever possible, but will steer clear of this company.
Frank and Jann provided a number of options for our wedding day, and made the booking process very simple. Frank was professional, on time and made trip relaxed and fun.
Everything about this experience was first class from start to finish. Easy to book and very accommodating. Frank was a wonderful driver with a beautifully clean 11 seater bus. We will definitely use again and highly recommend. 10/10!
I would have a difficult time suggesting this company based on experience, however a recent close-call on the Moorooduc Hwy that was caused by the inexcusably poor driving by an employee of the company would have me looking elsewhere. If these people can't show even the slightest amount of caution and decorum when driving the roads of the peninsula, there's no fricking way I'm getting in one of their limos!
