My car was being looked after them for 4 months with parts on order. Throughout the 4 months I have recevied zero communication from them despite contacting them weekly. Initial my car was left in their care for 6 weeks for me to find that my initial problems were not solved and there is now further issues. Due to these delays and complete lack of communication I have been unable to get my car ready for sale before moving country.
