native new yorker here, and as soon as i saw that they have “heroes” and not “subs” or “hoagies,” i knew the food was going to be good. and they did not disappoint! i have yet to try the pizza, which will be the ultimate test, but the sauce is great which is what really makes a pizza taste authentic. awesome entrees and i love that they have yoo-hoo—that was a cool surprise. i’ll definitely be ordering again!
we ordered our food ( 2 slices of pizza) waited 45 min for it and all the people who got there after us got theirs long before us when I got mine it was burnt and the toppings were not even cooked all the way. our food sat in the window for 10 min. then when I asked for our to go order he said it was ready when we are and then I went to get it and it wasnt done! had to leave without the To-go pizza. I wont be returning sorry to say. worst service ever! not to mention its 4 extra dollars to put chicken on a slice of pizza!
It's good pizza, the only problem I had is at the menu is so big I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted.

Was really looking forward to this. I love NY style pizza. Sadly I find myself left wanting. The garlic nots we ok, if a little under cooked. The marinara sauce was like water. You dip the not in and the sauce just runs off leaving it wet and decidedly unsauced. The pizza was passable at best. At least it wasn't greasy. I ordered pepperoni and meatball, my favorite.
