I am an entrepreneur who used Morningstar Turf to lay turf at my dog daycare facility. We put down over 7,000 sq/ft of turf less than 6 months ago. I have never posted a review online, positive or negative, but I am making an exception for Morningstar because my experience was and is so terrible and disappointing! We mailed payment to Morningstar Turf and never received our product. We were told that a refund would be sent back to us, but three months later, still nothing. They will not answer our phone calls or emails about the $9,922.50 refund we are owed. They lied about the product being shipped and we had to purchase from another company to get our project completed on time. I recommend strongly that you seek purchasing turf from some other company.
