As a busy nonprofit organization,this company has been vital in our work to communities globally! Their customer service is top tier and their overall commitment to community is nothing short of AMAZING!
This place doesn't do any reminder calls.....they want to charge you an astronomical late fee then call you after the fact..not very good customer service to me. Especially when you are a new customer here. I would recommend other companies as I have stored elsewhere and always get a reminder call the day before the late fee is incurred.
