Received a letter in mail offering us an insulting price for a piece of our property (cherry picked from a larger tract) at about 10 percent of the value of the land. This is a ripoff company trying to take advantage of buyers and sellers. Beware!!
Whomever owns these buildings should be investigated. The rentals on W. 7th Street in Wilmington are all infested with roaches and mice and have been for some years now. They do nothing to rectify the situation. The leasing managers & maintenance staff they have are nice but incompetent. Along with infested buildings, expect rental increases. A man had to go to the ER on more than one occasion because vermin got stuck in his ear. Yet when the protests were happening they quickly spent money to board up the windows of the off... read more
