Not ready for prime time. No plan to keep tenants informed regarding repairs; no plan to supply alternate heating in wintertime heat failure, tenants were over one week without heat.

They'll drain you of all of your money. They charged me an insane amount of money for damage that didn't exist. Thank god insurance was able to help out but it still was a horrible experience. The apartment was good but be prepared to lose your deposit and pay extra after you leave. Probably three months worth of rent.
